Meet Sokhna, who joined Weblib as Tech Support.
Hi Sokhna, nice to have you with us, can you tell us more about your choice to join Weblib?
My choice to join Weblib was made spontaneously following the recommendation received from our colleague Sanghoné.
During a discussion about his daily work, I was positively marked by the culture described about the company. Humanism of leaders, solidarity of teams, operating mode, partners and customers.
My first contact with the director, Mr Chauvin, only reinforced this impression.
The job description and the various research carried out on the company allowed me to know more about the field of activity and the digital solutions proposed. I quickly deduced that it was an innovative structure in full expansion which leaves no less challenges.
Integrating Weblib became at that time a real asset for me.
Can you speak about your job?
My role as Smart Wifi Support and Operations Manager is first and foremost to ensure that the satisfaction of the final customer is maintained through support, supervision and support in the use of our products.
I must be able to provide them with a solution, especially in case of breakdown, while respecting as much as possible the deadlines set through our SLAs (Service Level Agreement).
I also ensure the coordination of our different teams (support, operations, logistics) for a better processing of requests.
I work in close collaboration with our various service providers usually sent to the field for efficient handling of needs (troubleshooting, deployment, installation, etc.).
Support is a way to help daily. Seeing a user or customer happy with their investment is a real pleasure.
On a daily basis, doing Support is not “managing incidents” but rather “finding solutions”. This is what drives and motivates me
And in everyday life, who is Sokhna?
Calm or even shy at times lol …
I am a dynamic and motivated person.
I like to live up to my commitments and live up to expectations.
I love learning and discovering new things in all areas.
I am passionate about interior design.
